I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes you will be considered a no show. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so by giving a notice 24 hours in advance. The card kept on file will be used to complete the cancellation fee. Repeated or excessive cancellations will result in losing access to online booking. Thank you for cooperating.
